Description of The Cottage
The Cottage is a lovely semi detached bungalow located in a peaceful cul de sac within the pretty conservation village of East Linton, only 20 miles East of the global city of Edinburgh. The cottage has recently undergone a full makeover and is immaculately presented throughout with much thought, care and attention to the finer details to ensure guests enjoy a welcoming stay. A fully enclosed and well maintained garden at the rear of the property is the perfect spot to dine al fresco whilst the children and dog are safe at play. An outbuilding is available to offer secure storage for bicycles, golf clubs and fishing equipment. There are many facilities on offer within this welcoming village, which has recently achieved the Silver Gilt award in the beautiful Scotland competition, with its fountain within the lovely square, several old church buildings and a working water mill. There are ample local facilities available and all within a gentle stroll of The Cottage and several stunning beaches within 3 to 4 miles with superb walking in the nearby Lammermuirs.
