Drop your suitcases inside, grab your surfboards, buckets and spades and head just across the road to beautiful Croyde Bay. Marigold is around 200yds from the soft golden sands and sits in a prestigious location within large lawned gardens, ideal for children - and energetic parents - to run and play. The superb decked terrace to the front is the just the place for food al fresco while taking in the wonderful sea views, and in the balmy summer evenings enjoy a glass of wine and spectacular sunsets. Inside you will find a comfortable home from home, well equipped and stylishly presented. In the sitting room comfy leather sofas flank an attractive fireplace complete with wood burning stove. The contemporary fitted kitchen has a spacious family dining area, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or after dinner games. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor served by a separate shower room. On the first floor is an amazingly spacious master bedroom with ensuite shower room and a children's twin room with a selection of games and toys. Also on this floor is a family bathroom where you can forget about the stresses of everyday life as you relax and unwind in the claw and ball feet roll top bath. The pretty village of Croyde with its quintessential thatched cottages and a great choice of pubs and restaurants is around a ten minute stroll away, and for a change from the beach why not try Cascades tropical indoor pool complex. Marigold now offers flexible arrangements for smaller families and groups of friends at certain times throughout the year, so whether you are looking for a fabulous summer holiday or cosy winter break there is something for everyone.

Kitchen/breakfast room with TV/DVD and iPod docking station, large gas oven with six burner hob, microwave, dishwasher and 'American style' fridge/freezer with icemaker. Inner hallway to utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower room with WC and basin. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin, which can be joined to make a 6' double on request. Bedroom 3 with Bunks. First floor: Bedroom 4 with Twin 2' 6" cabin style beds. Bedroom 5 with King and ensuite shower, WC and basin. Bathroom with roll top bath, WC and basin.
