Great Plumstead is a small rural village just five miles east of the cathedral city of Norwich and is centrally located for enjoying the diverse range of attractions in the area including the Broads. Meander by boat through the waterways and enjoy lunch at one of the numerous riverside pubs. The East Coast is just a short distance away with its sandy beaches and the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. Norwich with its culture, castle, theatre, cafes and shopping opportunities is not to be missed. The area is excellent for enjoying bird watching and exploring wildlife at a wide variety of fens including our own adopted charity, Wheatfen.

There is a spacious garden in which to relax and the summer house provides a perfect retreat on cooler days. This is an ideal cottage from which to explore the surrounding area: Strumpshaw Fen RSPB Reserve is only seven miles away and the National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg are within easy reach. Also Provided: Towels, books and games. Starter pack of fuel for open fire and welcome pack with many extras.
Pets: One small/medium dog is welcome but please ensure that it is not allowed upstairs and kept off the furniture. We would ask that you leave the garden free of any mess.
Notes: Small uncovered pond in rear garden, care should be taken at all times. Guests may smoke in the summer house. There are steep 'dog leg' stairs in keeping with the age of the property.
