A comfortable, modern, fully equipped two bedroom house it has the benefit of easy access to the M6 and close proximity to Ullswater, the Northern Fells and the Eden Valley. Outside there is an established South West facing enclosed garden, with a sandstone patio and dry stone walls overlooking open fields to Mayburgh Henge. Designated parking for one car plus space behind for a second vehicle.
