This century old former farmhouse has been lovingly renovated by the current owners. 7 miles from the busy market town of Ennis, 4 miles from Tulla and ideally located for access to the M18 Galway/Limerick motorway. The house has two fires and a traditional family area and large spacious bedrooms. Outside there is an enclosed patio area to enjoy al-fresco dining. Great walks and cycle routes are on your doorstep (Mid Clare Way) and you are only a short drive from the local pub where you can enjoy a Guinness and a bit of local craic!!Shop. Pub 3½ miles. Restaurant 4 miles. Sandy Beach 26 miles. GF: lounge, kitchen/diner.
