With outstanding views across the Bristol Channel and rugged coastline this spacious modern bungalow is in a great location.
Cairn Cottage, surrounded by delightful gardens, sits within four acres of land and enjoys outstanding views across the Bristol Channel and rugged coastline. Spacious and comfortable throughout, the living room and separate dining room both have patio doors out onto the paved terrace, the perfect spot to relax and take in those spectacular views. The attractive modern kitchen is well equipped and a large conservatory sits to the side with doors out onto the garden. Both stylish bedrooms benefit from ensuite facilities and offer flexible sleeping arrangements. The gardens are mostly lawned and there is pond, covered for the safety of children. Discreetly located to the side and rear is a caravan and further garden area, occasionally used by the owners. You can enjoy a circular four-mile walk from the cottage which leads down to Watermouth Cove and Berrynarbor village with a pub, village store and post office is just a mile away. Cairn Cottage is an individual home, in a fantastic location with Exmoor right on the doorstep.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Living room with TV with Freeview and DVD. Dining room. Cloakroom WC. Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1 with Double and ensuite bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Super King "Zip'n'Link" to twins on request and ensuite Bathroom with corner bath, shower cubicle, WC and basin.
