Nestling alongside the beautiful Taw Estuary with wonderful views across the ever changing tides towards the pretty village of Appledore and out to sea, this comfortable and stylish first floor apartment is sure to impress. The pretty village of Instow has everything you could need for a relaxing break and a gentle stroll along the Marine Parade will find a superb delicatessen and great choice of pubs and restaurants serving locally caught seafood. The wide sandy beach with its gentle tidal waters is ideal for families and during the summer a variety of water sports are enjoyed out in the bay. The spacious living room has full width patio doors opening onto the balcony, ideal for leisurely breakfasts or simply relaxing whilst taking in the lovely views, the modern kitchen / dining room is extremely well equipped. Both bedrooms, located to the rear with views across the gardens, have a high quality feel and are served by a separate modern family bathroom. The Tarka Trail can be joined almost from the doorstep and many family attractions are within a short drive. For memorable family holidays or relaxing breaks, Bosuns Haven is perfect for all ages and provides a great holiday base at any time of year.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. Gas CH. Regret no pets. No smoking. Patio furniture. Parking for 1 car. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
